Pick-up and delivery by the Carrier will be from your door unless residential area restrictions apply. If your vehicle is inoperable or oversize (dual or oversize wheels, extra-large, racks, lifted, limo, etc.), extra charges may be applied. If carrier is not advised of inoperable or oversized vehicles prior to pick-up, all extra charges must be paid in cash or money order, at customer discretion, made payable to delivery company. A key must be available for all inoperable vehicles.

2. The Carrier and driver jointly and separately are authorized to operate and transport his/her or their motor vehicle between its pick up location and the destination set forth on this shipping order-bill of lading.

3. Shipper shall remove all non-permanent outside mounted luggage and other racks prior to shipment. Vehicles must be tendered to carrier in good running condition (unless otherwise noted) with no more than a half tank of fuel (we prefer 1/4 tank).

4. Luggage and personal property must be confined to trunk, with no heavy articles, and not to exceed 50 lbs. Carrier is not liable for personal items left in vehicle, or for damage caused to vehicle from excessive or improper loading of personal items. All Coast Auto Transport does not agree to pay for your rental of a vehicle, nor shall it be liable for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle.

5. Vehicle damage claims, although rare, are the responsibility of the assigned carrier who is required by law to carry a minimum insurance liability policy of $125,000 per vehicle. All claims must be noted and signed for at time of delivery, and submitted in writing to the assigned carrier within the terms of that carrier's bill of lading. All Coast Auto Transport will share the carrier insurance policy information upon request but is not the entity responsible for any damages. The assigned Carrier is solely responsible for the condition of your vehicle while it is in his possession.

6. International orders, the car must be empty except for factory installed equipment. Indicate serial #, and give car's approximate value in U.S. dollars. Shipper is responsible for the proper customs paperwork. (Ask the assigned carrier for help with these documents)

7. This agreement and any shipment here under is subject to all terms and conditions of the Carrier's tariff and the uniform straight bill of lading, copies of which are available at the office of the carrier.

8. This supersedes all prior written or oral representation of All Coast Auto Transport and constitutes the entire agreement between the shipper and All Coast Auto Transport. This agreement may not be changed except in writing and signed by an officer of All Coast Auto Transport. All Coast Auto Transport is owned and operated by National Transport Solutions, LLC. Our Federal Motor Carrier license number with the U.S. Department of Transportation is MC–742664

9. All Coast Auto Transport agrees to facilitate a carrier to transport your vehicle as promptly as possible and in accordance with the information you have provided regarding your vehicle, origin and destination. Due to situations beyond our control such as but not limited to inclement weather, mechanical breakdowns, road construction, remote pickup or drop off locations, difficult or limited lanes of travel, etc., we cannot guarantee pick-up or delivery on a specified date and or time by the assigned carrier. National Transport Solutions, LLC, d/b/a All Coast Auto Transport is not responsible for nor does it guarantee the final price from the assigned Carrier driver (C.O.D.). We are licensed transport brokers. The fee amount collected in order to process your transport is considered our broker fee to facilitate locating you a fully licensed and Insured Auto Carrier. This broker fee is Non-Refundable with no exceptions once your credit card is processed and your order is placed on Central Dispatch. Should this agreement be cancelled by you at any time before we dispatch to a Carrier, during the transport by an assigned Carrier or after delivery by the assigned Carrier, all broker services on behalf of All Coast Auto Transport will be considered “Services Rendered”. For all orders cancelled prior to a carrier being dispatched for transport, All Coast Auto Transport will apply the non-refundable fee collected to any future transport for the period of 12 months from the date of your original order.
